Our mould department is equipped to produce and maintain high value moulds for advanced moulding and pressing technologies.

With our partners in China we are in a position to implement complex mould designs within 5 weeks. Less complex injection moulding tools e.g. for pilot series and small series can be done within a few days. All moulds  in-use are stored in our BDE system.

Thus the complete history is obvious at a mouse click due to an installed maintenance module. This guarantees a constant quality and durability of the moulds.
